RETURN AND REFUNDS

ALL REFUNDS WILL HAVE A 3% DEDUCTION TO COVER CREDIT CARD FEES.

 

• Natural stone items vary in color, tint, and polish due to natural variations. Mixing tiles from various boxes is advised while installing. Your contractor should lay out the tiles before installation to get the desired shade variance. Stones with dried seams and filled pits are natural. When part of routine maintenance, these holes may need to be filled when the filler wears out. Penetrating sealer should be used on all-natural stone. After installation, the seller denies liability.

  • Our warehouse staff always double-checks all orders before sending them out. The RMA (returns material authorization) form is required for all returns. We must process returns with a valid RMA number. If you need an RMA number, please contact us at Buytilesandmore.com.Refunds are not available for items that have been culled or sorted.

 

  • Contact us immediately if a product arrives damaged or missing. Transit often breaks 2%–3% of tiles, such as chipped edges. Anything up to 5% is OK. Use these broken tiles to cut. Please mention breakage exceeding 5% on the logistical receiving paperwork and snap photographs. Please see Shipping & Delivery for receiving and signing instructions. We ship insured. However, transportation damage occurs. DAMAGES MUST BE NOTED ON THE DELIVERY RECEIPT. Hidden claims must be disclosed within two days of delivery. A "concealed" damages claim must be lodged with the carrier within two business days. Any claims made after this will be filed but unlikely to be granted.

 

  • In case of product errors, please take photographs and notify us within three days after delivery. We may replace the order or refund the whole amount, including shipping. No additional shipping expenses will apply, and we will pick up the erroneous merchandise.

 

  • Satisfaction - If the goods you received are what you purchased and you're not pleased, we'll contact you to discuss a routine return. We recommend ordering a sample before placing a more significant purchase to avoid these concerns. The samples are only small swatches of the products. While they will be a good representation of the material you will receive, variations in colors and patterns are expected, especially in natural and natural stone products. Partial refunds are not accepted. No product installation, usage, removal, or subsequent return is permitted. The item should still be in its original packaging.

 

  • Return new, undamaged products in original packaging within 15 days after the order for a full refund minus shipping and handling fees. All returned items incur a 30% restocking charge. We don't accept returns beyond 30 days. The customer pays for both delivery modes, including free things, if the vendor is not at fault. Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Good resaleable condition is required.

 

  • Cancellations: Sometimes, you regret your order and wish to cancel. Our warehousing crew produces your purchase after a thorough procedure, from collecting tiles from warehouse racks to carrying them to the packaging division, putting them in boxes, etc. If you cancel, you will be charged 30% of the order price plus $50 to reimburse our warehouse staff's work and costs. If the freight carrier has picked up the freight, freight payments are nonrefundable. However, the freight carrier will bill us. Return freight to our warehouse will be deducted from the refund.

 

  • Warehouse pickup: Customers in states where we have the merchandise in our warehouse can save on delivery. Our warehousing crew produces your purchase after a thorough procedure, from collecting tiles from warehouse racks to carrying them to the packaging division, putting them in boxes, etc. If you cancel, you will be charged 30% of the order price plus $50 to reimburse our warehouse staff's work and costs. We'll cancel the transaction less the 30% and $50 handling charge if the customer's shipping carrier fails to pick up the product within 48 hours or contact us. All Warehouse pickup orders must be picked up within 48 hours of receiving instructions. Instead of storing all orders, shift inventory to create a way for new goods. Orders not picked up within 48 hours of email and text pickup instructions will incur a $50/day warehouse fee.

 

  • Depending on the category, sample sizes range from three by three inches to six by six inches. You can determine a product's quality, texture, and even thickness by touching and feeling a sample. We may provide photos taken on the real lot, offering you a much clearer image.

 

  • Samples are shipped through USPS priority mail or UPS Ground. Samples are not the actual product and show the tones. Therefore you may receive it a little damaged or broken. The goods will be insured and better wrapped for safety. The term listed may not be the exclusive industry name for color or the material's predominant hues. Material color/shade will vary greatly depending on display settings, resolution, room lighting, and camera. To see the material's motions, patterns, veining, grain structure, blotches, and other features, Buytilesandmore suggests photographs. We advise ordering samples and lot-specific photos. Damaged samples are nonrefundable. We reimburse your sample payment toward the final transaction.

 

  • Free SHIPPING PRODUCTS - If an order that qualified for the "Free Shipping promotion" is subsequently returned, the shipment cost will be deducted from the refund. There would also be a 30% restocking fee.
