How can I place an Order?
Select the product and the quantity, add to the cart and you will be asked to complete a form, please provide all the information. One of our Tile/design expert will be in touch with you with in 1 business day with our best rates and the most economical shipping option with delivery timeline.
You can also place an order for a sample or multiple samples, once you receive the samples you can finalize your tile selection after that you can contact us to place a final order.
Should I order "extra" tiles for my project?
First measure the area to be covered by tiles, which is known as the coverage area. Measure the height and width for wall tiles or the length and width for the floor tiles and to be covered individually and then add the totals together which will give your “square feet”. Reduce your calculations for all windows, doors, mirrors, bath tub etc. Then allow for 5-10% for wastage and 10% for tiles installed diagonally. A good tile installation can last many years, so it is a good idea to store a few leftover tiles, in case a tile or tiles get damaged in the years to come.
Why I can’t find the shipping cost and place an order online?
We have warehouses all over the US, and our products move out fast. We check our inventory in each of the warehouse to determine the most economical and fastest shipping origin-destination combination for your address.
We contact you with the availability and the most economical shipping option before you can confirm the order and make a payment.
How much does shipping cost?
Tiles are heavy products and can be expensive to ship; Cost to ship tiles depends on the stock availability in our warehouse location and the destination, and also the size/weight of the shipment.
We put in our effort and time to check our inventory in each of the warehouse to determine the most economical and fastest shipping origin-destination combination for your address.
Charges may also apply to hard-to-reach areas such as military bases and locations only accessible via ferry. These charges will be assessed after your order is processed, and you will be contacted to provide payment for said charges. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.
How do I place a sample order?
Samples are free, but we charge a resonable shipping of $5.00 per sample. If the samples are available for a product, there will be a button to order samples on the product page, please click order sample button anf check out.
we also do special promotions periodically in which samples are shipped free of cost. If such promotion is not running, we charge a nominal shipping cost.

Do we ship International?
Currently, we do not ship international.
I need my order faster?

What are my payment choices?
We currently accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. We do not accept International Credit/Debit cards.
How do I use a coupon?
After adding items to your cart, click the "View Cart" link at the top of this site to view your cart. At the bottom of the shopping cart you'll see a box where you may enter your coupon code.
How do I order a product which is out of stock?
If a product you are inerested in is out of stock, we will give you an estimated time for the availability of the product that is on backorder.
Backorders are shipped as soon as we receive the item. Please call us at 1-833- MY TILES (698-4537) for assistance with placing a backorder, as these orders cannot be placed online.
When will my order ship?
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after they are placed. Also, after placing your order you can login in your account and you may click the " Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 2-3 business days of shipment.

How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable. Please contact us as soon as you realize that changes are necessary in your order. You may call us at 1-833- MY TILES (698-4537), or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
My order hasn't arrived?
Login in your account and track your order status. If your order displays your Package Tracking Numbers you can track your order to see the estimated time of delivery.

Will all the tiles match with the sample and each other tiles?
Samples are also for representation only, the actual tiles may vary slightly in color and shade. Most of the Tiles are products of nature and have variations depending on the different items used to produce them. The beauty of this product is the variation in shades on each sheet of tile. We do recommend choosing random sheets / tiles from each box before installing to achieve a unique look.
Problem with an Order
I have received damaged tiles?
All orders are inspected prior to shipment. Due to the nature of the product and handling by 3rd party trucking company (Common Carrier) Whoever is accepting the delivery must inspect the material and note any damage on the delivery slip before the driver leaves. If you see any damage please sign of Write "RECIEVED DAMAGED, SUBJECT TO FURTHER INSPECTION" You need to make sure that the order is inspected when delivered. If you are not going to be the one accepting the order, you have to make sure that the person signing the order is capable of doing so. You cannot sign the paperwork and let the driver leave until the order has been thoroughly inspected. If there is any damaged material, it must be noted on the paperwork in order for us to issue replacement material to you and for us to be properly reimbursed by the trucking company. If there is any damaged material, we will immediately reship your replacement for this material, as long as it was noted in the paperwork.
What is the return policy?
You may return new and undamaged items in their original packaging within 15 days of order for a full refund less actual shipping and handling costs we've incurred. All returned materials are subject to a 30% restocking fee. We WILL NOT accept any returns beyond the 30th day of order. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs both ways if seller is not at fault including items that were sent as free shipping. The shipping cost to you will be deducted from your refund. The product Must be received in a good re-sellable condition. Natural stone products inherently lack uniformity and are subject to variation in color, shade, finish, etc. It is recommended to blend tiles from different boxes when installing. Natural stones may be characterized by dry seams and pits that are often filled. The filling can work its way out and it may be necessary to refill these voids as part of a normal maintenance procedure. All natural stone products should be sealed with a penetrating sealer. After installation, vendor disclaims any liabilities.
